# Game Visibility

### Game Visibility

Before publishing, users choose how the game should be accessed.

Recommended visibility options:

| Visibility       | Description                                    |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Private          | Only the creator can access the game           |
| Public           | The game is discoverable in the UGC Library    |
| Direct Link Only | Only people with the link can access the game  |
| Open Source      | Game code or structure can be viewed or reused |
| Remixable        | Other users can remix or build from the game   |

### Choosing the Right Visibility

Use **Private** for drafts.

Use **Public** for finished games.

Use **Direct Link Only** for testing or private sharing.

Use **Open Source** if the creator wants others to learn from or reuse parts of the game.

Use **Remixable** if the creator wants other users to create new versions.
